Tesla installs swimming pool at Supercharger in Germany
Bored while charging your EV? In Germany you can make a splash in a Tesla swimming pool when the weather is nice.
The American car maker Tesla has been working for some time on ways to make Supercharger stations more attractive while waiting. In Germany, the manufacturer has now installed a swimming pool that people can use while they recharge their cars. Even for Tesla, this is a very striking move.
A swimming pool while waiting
The carmaker is clearly working on more comfort for Superchargers, the company previously announced that coffee machines and vending machines with food would also be introduced. The pool is of a different category and also seems to be mobile. This means that the car manufacturer does not always have to place the swimming pool on the same Supercharger.
If you want to take a dip while waiting, you can use the swimming pool for 10 minutes. According to the information board at the pool, this can be done with four people at a time. The pool is made of a container and is therefore not in the ground.
