Tina Hight has sued the Columbia County, Arkansas, sheriff’s workplace, Sheriff Mike Loe and Deputy Brian Williams after Williams shot her whereas making an attempt to hit her Pomeranian canine. Hight referred to as 911 for assist in August 2022 for what she described as a home violence state of affairs. However bodycam video reveals when she opened the door for one more deputy, her canines got here out, together with the Pomeranian which ran barking in direction of Williams. Williams appeared to panic: He threatened to kill the canine, fired an obvious warning shot, then fired a shot in direction of the canine. The shot missed the canine, however hit Hight, who was standing on her porch subsequent to the opposite deputy.
