Raj and DK to work on a Marvel superhero film? Details inside:

Raj and DK have several exciting projects coming up. The filmmaker duo has been keeping busy between the release of Guns and Gulaabs and the upcoming Indian version of Citadel. And now, it looks like they’re all set to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

As per reports on a leading news portal, Raj and DK will work on a Marvel superhero movie with Sita Menon. The studio reportedly liked their filmography and wanted to work on an origin story. The project is in the early stages of development. At present, neither Raj Nidimoru nor Krishna D.K. have confirmed the update. Further details about the project are awaited. 

Interestingly, Raj and DK have an extended Marvel connection. Their series Citadel starring Varun Dhawan and Samantha is the Indian version of the Russo Brothers’ spy thriller starring Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden. The Russo Brothers are best known for directing several MCU films including Avengers: Endgame.
