New Divided Argument Episode: My Despised World

After a month-long hiatus, Dan Epps and I’ve posted a brand new, 2-hour-long podcast episode: My Despised World (Dan got here up with the title.) Most of it discusses two of June’s jurisdictional choices—Mallory v. Norfolk Southern Railway, and United States v. Texas—with a shorter dialogue of the affirmative motion instances (see right here for my earlier publish on these).

However first we focus on this AP story about Justice Sotomayor’s e book enterprise, and speculate fervently about whether or not Justice Sotomayor bodily indicators all the “signed” copies of her books herself, and in that case, how she discovered the time to signal 11,000 copies for a single look at Michigan State. Additional hypothesis welcome!
