Former Group India fielding coach R Sridhar reckons that being dropped from the limited-overs squads as keeper in favor of KL Rahul ought to depend as a defining second in Rishabh Pant’s profession. “He’ll make a reputation for himself in his personal type. How large that may be, solely time will inform. He’s come on in leaps and bounds as a wicketkeeper. The way in which he’s labored his bottom off to enhance his maintaining, I used to be very lucky to be a small a part of that journey.”
Having made his worldwide debut in 2017, Pant has represented India in 31 Checks, 27 ODIs and 58 T20Is.
