Brickbat: Barking Orders

The Lorain, Ohio, police division says it’s investigating after Officer Elliott Palmer shot and killed a household’s Labrador retriever combine named Dixie. Bodycam video that began after Palmer was already on the scene exhibits a lady standing in a residential yard making an attempt to regulate not less than three canine. One canine walked as much as Palmer. However Palmer pointed at it and presumably spoke (Palmer had his bodycam muted), and it walked away. One other canine broke away from the lady and ran as much as Palmer, who shot the canine and continued to fireside at it because the canine limped away.
