If it’s so much about principle, then you don’t use Windows (or MacOS), you use a non-commercial version of Linux. End of discussion.
The question is how exactly this will work in the final production version. Because I can get very little context from such beta screenshots. Is that expanded by default, when do you get that advertisement (location, version, user, services, etc.), etc. Is that the Home, Pro, Education or Enterprise version, etc.
In W10 you had advertisements in more annoying places and I could disable them relatively easily (without third-party apps):
