What percentage of the universe is dark matter?



 

Astronomers estimate that roughly 85% of all of the matter within the universe is darkish matter, that means solely 15% of all matter is regular matter. Accounting for darkish power, the title astronomers give to the accelerated growth of the universe, darkish matter makes up roughly 27% of all of the mass power within the cosmos, based on CERN (opens in new tab) (the European Group for Nuclear Analysis).
