Robot gardener grows plants as well as humans do but uses less water



An automatic robotic gardener has proven its nurturing aspect by matching people in trials of rising greens – and it did it with extra environment friendly use of water.

Simeon Adebola on the College of California, Berkeley, and his colleagues have developed an automatic plot, referred to as AlphaGarden, that incorporates a mixture of plant varieties and examined whether or not it could actually carry out in addition to a crew of six professional human horticulturalists, every with 10 years of gardening expertise, on common.
