Seager will endure an MRI, supervisor Bruce Bochy mentioned, after X-rays on his thumb had been unfavorable Friday.
Seager, 29, is batting .350 with 15 residence runs and 58 RBIs. He missed 31 video games earlier this season with a left hamstring pressure.
