And I do mean every tool; the game has more levels of detail and degrees of customization than any simulator I’ve ever seen. You not only control your routes and train schedules, but also the track layout, the trains, what they carry, what they look like, and more.
Even with a fairly good tutorial, Railway Empire 2 is really designed for players who want to get deep into the nitty-gritty. But even a simulator newbie like myself can appreciate the visuals this game has to offer. You can zoom in on everything to see fully detailed trains, cities, and more. My PC isn’t that beefy, but even on my settings, I was impressed.
