WASHINGTON — The Washington Wizards have re-signed veteran Taj Gibson.
The Wizards introduced the transfer Friday. The 6-foot-9 Gibson averaged 3.4 factors and 1.9 rebounds in 49 appearances final season. He’s shot at the least 50% from the sector every of the previous 9 seasons.
Gibson has performed in 945 video games with Chicago, Oklahoma Metropolis, Minnesota, New York and Washington, averaging 8.7 factors and 5.9 rebounds.
“Taj has earned his repute as a consummate skilled and constant teammate,” Wizards basic supervisor Will Dawkins mentioned.
“We stay up for him including to the aggressive environment after we start coaching camp subsequent month.”
