Letters to the Editor: We’re not paying enough attention to homeless youths

To the editor: Homelessness is rising in america as a result of rising lease costs and different points. There’s a lot deal with adults who’re homeless and the way they ended up with out housing, however not sufficient on kids and youth.

The Runaway and Homeless Youth and Trafficking Prevention Act would create non permanent shelters for youth who run away or are homeless — notably victims of trafficking, abuse or exploitation — and supply different neighborhood providers. This invoice will direct the federal authorities to supply packages for these youth and provides grants to nonprofit organizations.

Companies and organizations like these are important to society to supply higher shelter for kids and youth who want it.
