Jay-Z and his authorized eagles are leaping to the protection of a Wisconsin man wrongfully, and violently, arrested — and though cops know they nabbed the incorrect man … he is nonetheless going through expenses.
TMZ Hip Hop has realized Jay-Z’s Workforce ROC org has enlisted powerhouse lawyer Alex Spiro to rep Jermelle English Jr. and his household … in hopes of getting all expenses dropped, and presumably to sue the Kenosha PD.
English was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest again in July, after Kenosha cops investigating a hit-and-run burst into the Applebee’s, slammed him onto the bottom and deployed pepper spray within the presence of his 1-year-old little one.
Applebee’s workers recorded video of the entire violent encounter.
The video exhibits officers repeatedly pummeling English as he lay on the bottom … prompting a number of protests within the native space, particularly as soon as the total particulars — that cops grabbed a very harmless man — had been uncovered.
