For the first time, scientists watched a dying star swallow a planet whole



Astronomers have noticed a star devouring one among its planets for the primary time. It’s a beautiful preview of our personal planet’s destiny, when, in roughly 5 billion years time, Earth too will probably  be engulfed by our quickly increasing solar.
