Carlos Sainz thanked Italian police on Monday for arresting thieves who stole a luxurious watch from him following the Italian Grand Prix at Monza on Sunday.
In response to a number of media reviews, the Ferrari driver was the sufferer of a theft in Milan simply hours after ending third within the race.
Two males stole his watch, price at the very least an estimated 300,000 euros ($323,835).
However Sainz chased them together with his bodyguard and caught the thieves with the assistance of passers-by earlier than handing them over to police.
