To the editor: Thanks for declaring the two-faced method by the Beverly Hills Metropolis Council on the abortion problem.
When it was common in California to assist the pro-choice motion, leaders have been touting their supportive proclamations. When an abortion clinic determined to open within the metropolis and spend thousands and thousands of {dollars} right here, the Beverly Hills Metropolis Council was all in favor.
However as quickly because the mayor and police chief realized that the clinic would face damaging publicity from the novel proper, the council’s assist wilted like a unwatered flower, and the owner rescinded the clinic’s lease.

To the editor: For 50 years, Republicans argued that Roe vs. Wade must be overturned as a result of the query of abortion must be decided by every state.
However now, with Roe overturned, some Republican presidential candidates are saying they might signal a nationwide ban on abortion, giving the states no say.
