Allison Holker is dancing once more.

Then on Aug. 26, Allison, 35, shared on TikTok a video of herself and buddy Brittany Russell dancing to Missy Elliott‘s 2003 monitor “Bomb Intro / Cross That Dutch.” She captioned the clip, “Excited to be again.”

Allison posted the identical video on Instagram, writing, “Really felt so good to bounce once more. I used to be overwhelmed with so many feelings. I used to be each scared and excited.
