Air India starts scheduled service between Delhi and Schiphol


Flights are scheduled on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Flight AI155 departs Delhi at 13:10 native time and arrives at Schiphol at 18:35 after a flight of 8 hours and 55 minutes. Return flight AI156 then departs at 8:45 PM, touchdown on Indian soil at 7:55 AM the following day.

Air India will deploy a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner on the route. It might probably accommodate 18 passengers in Enterprise and 238 in Economic system Class.

It has been some time since an Indian airline operated flights to Schiphol. The final was Jet Airways, which flew to India and Canada in cooperation with KLM. The corporate went bankrupt in 2019.

Air India will not be the one new participant at Schiphol this summer time. The American JetBlue begins flights to Boston and New York, the Icelandic PLAY returns with a scheduled service to Keflavik, and Air Canada expands with a path to Montreal.
