With a new function, Google will ensure that there is more overview in all the settlements that you receive by e -mail.
Google has a new position announced For the Gmail app on both iOS and Android. With the novelty, users can view and pay bills via a handy summary card, without having to open the additional e-mail. This should make it easier and faster to manage and pay invoices.
Summary cards
Gmail users will soon receive a so-called summary card for e-mails with an account that must be paid. The e-mail program automatically recognizes when there is a settlement in your mailbox and will automatically show the summary. The card immediately shows the most important information, such as the amount to be paid and the recipient of the amount. In addition, the card also offers three action buttons. One to pay directly, to set a reminder, or to view the full bill.
If you choose a reminder, it will be automatically added to Google Tasks. This gives you a timely notification, so that you do not forget a payment and do not have to pay extra costs for late payments.
“Happening Soon”
Google is also working on an extra overview called “Happening Soon“, In which all active summary cards and the corresponding data are displayed in one place. This overview will, as soon as it is rolled out, will appear at the top of your Gmail inbox. With that overview you get a total picture of all the settlements that can still be paid.
Paying invoices is for a nasty job. With the new function, Google hopes to make it as simple and efficient as possible. It can take a while before you see the novelty appear. The function is gradually rolled out and must soon be available for all Gmail users. Until that is the case, you will have to think about paying that settlement on time.
