Since last year, travelers were able to follow accurately when their luggage arrives on the band. Due to the maturities and expected waiting times at the luggage band and possibly the passport control from now on, travelers get a complete overview of their time at Schiphol. The airport uses a self -learning data model for this functionality, which uses thirteen different data sources to predict the luggage watch time and passport control. The rollout started at the end of January, so some travelers have already experienced the functionality.

“With this innovation we are taking an important step in improving the provision of information.
