Dell Technologies has appointed Koen Segers as managing director for Belgium and Luxembourg. Koen has been working for Dell for more than ten years and has held various managerial positions during that time. As managing director, he will help local customers and partners achieve their digital transformation and business goals using technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, edge and multi-cloud.
Koen will also be in charge of the team’s contribution to Dell’s ESG strategy. That is the company’s ambition to promote sustainability, diversity and inclusion, as well as transform lives with the power of technology.

For the past three years, Koen has led Dell’s channel business in Belgium and Luxembourg. He takes over from Arnaud Bacros, who will now lead Dell’s channel business in Western Europe.
