This is about Brave and Manifest V2, so it may give it a 0 as irrelevant, but the mentioned extensions that remain supported can still be placed in a certain category.
HAIL BRAVE! And all supported extensions, especially if they are adblockers. Donate to them, they could use it.

I’ve been completely fed up with it for at least 10 years. Marketers and people who studied psychology and go into marketing vs. “the common people” has not been a fair fight for decades. I do everything I can to block ads, on every platform, every website, and in my entire house using a Pi-hole, blockers, anti-trackers, etc.
The same on my mobile, which first goes home via a VPN and then back out through the pi-hole. There are a few exceptions here and there for sites/creators that I want to support, just for their sake, and that’s it.

It’s just not fair anymore. Ads are purely focused on emotion and seduction, facts about the product are not even mentioned in many ads. As soon as an AR glasses comes out that can block advertising columns I will buy them too.

Back in the day, before I was born in 1984, so when condoms were still made of wood, most advertisements stated factual reasons why products would be better than the competition. Now look at an advertisement for a car or a coffee machine, it’s all about emotion, feeling, beautiful pictures and beautiful people.

I really don’t need anyone to tell me what I should have, I will decide that myself, and I support everything and everyone who makes that possible.
